Caroline Casserly
CEO
Caroline Casserly is the Chief Executive Officer of Cali, bringing extensive leadership experience and a strong track record in strategic development, organisational transformation, and partnership building.
Throughout her career, Caroline has championed innovation, service improvement, change management, and people-centred leadership across the housing, community, and retail sectors.
Prior to joining Cali, Caroline held senior executive roles within the approved housing sector, including Director of Operations at Oaklee and Director of Housing and HR at Dublin Central Mission. Prior this this her career was in the Retail sector where she held management and senior management roles.
Caroline currently serves on the Board of Supporting Communities, where she also sits on the Finance, Audit and Risk Committee, contributing her expertise in governance, accountability, and strategic oversight. Caroline is deeply aligned with Cali’s mission to provide high-quality further education, care, and multidisciplinary therapies for young adults with severe to profound disabilities. As CEO, she is committed to driving the organisation’s Strategic Plan 2025–2027, ensuring continued growth, innovation, and a clear focus on empowerment, opportunity, and meaningful inclusion.

Jason Fitzpatrick
Service Manager
Jason brings extensive experience across Ireland’s disability services, progressing from Healthcare Assistant to Social Care Worker and into service supervision and management roles across service providers operating under Section 38 and Section 39 arrangements, as well as within the Health Service Executive.
Jason places participants at the centre of decision-making and values the strong relationships built with families, multidisciplinary teams, educators, and wider support networks to ensure coordinated and integrated supports. He has experience mentoring staff and strengthening services to support confident, high-quality and outcome-focused practice.
This progression has provided him with strong frontline insight alongside experience in service oversight, safeguarding, regulatory compliance and quality assurance across day services and residential. He has supported the development and strengthening of services through continuous quality improvement and compliance planning, aligned with national standards and the New Directions framework.
Jason has also led the development of new day service models, including transition pathways for school leavers, and the roll-out of travel training and personal care education programmes aimed at supporting independence and meaningful outcomes for participants.
Jason holds a Degree in Applied Social Care, a Higher Diploma in Leadership & Management and is CORU registered.
