Cali is delighted to be chosen as the charity partner for the inaugural Greystones Book Festival on the 8th and 9th of August, 2026, at the Greystones Rugby Club, County Wicklow.
Communication is a core focus of the young adults in Cali and reading books is an important way to build literacy and broader communication skills.
This new weekend event features prominent literary figures such as critically acclaimed writer Claire Keegan, and best selling crime writer Sam Blake.
The festival promises a varied and engaging schedule featuring prominent writers, writing workshops for both adults and children and poetry readings.
Cali is delighted to be the charity partner for this wonderful initiative and is hoping there will be a growing awareness of the need for more books with story themes and language that would be engaging for young adults with a moderate to profound learning disability.
